Features, This Week's Edition, Video Sunday, September 27th, 2009Free + Toys = Happy parents and kids. When you add free to anything, it makes it that much better. Liz Dail was downtown at the Toy Lending Library to find out more. The library is open on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10am until 12 noon. With a year long membership at $10 parents can sign out toys for up to three weeks.
