Intro:  (00:13) Becky Bourgese, mother of two, found out her son had a very dangerous condition called cystic fibrosis when he was three years old. Bourgese noticed a couple of signs that lead her to the diagnosis of her son Todd.

Bourgese: (01:63) the first sign is a salty taste……..I was so thankful where as other people go off the deep end.

Nugent:  (00:08) Bourgese knew she had to be there for Todd and help him through the process. Therapy was a must for Todd and his younger sister.

Bourgese: (00:83) when Todd was diagnosed in Halifax…..when is she going to stop her therapy?

Nugent: (00:06) Becky can recall when Todd told her about one of his realizations on his life and life itself.

Bourgese: (00:89) Todd said something to me that was interesting….realize he is going to be 33 you go whooh.

Nugent: (00:08) Todd is now thirty-three, married, and trying to start his own family. Todd Bourgese beat the odds and his mother Becky couldn’t be happier.
