Saturday night at Fredericton’s City Hall was a festive one to kick off the Christmas season. Pheonix Square filled up with adults and children to see the 26th annual lighting of the Christmas tree. Carols were sung and candles were light, not even the occupy protestors still in the square could dampen the cheery mood.
