The reason I chose journalism as a career is because I want to make a difference in the world.
My name is Brittany Douthwright and I am a fourth year journalism student at St. Thomas University. With this degree, I will do my best to give a voice to the innocent and to those who are unable to speak for themselves. I am extremely passionate towards people and animals, especially when it comes to injustice.
There is nothing I want more in life then to make this world a better place, and I will use journalism to reach this goal.
